Refund policy
We want you to love your Vanelum fan. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email support@vanelum.com with your order number and the reason for return — we will reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or defective on arrival Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the affected parts. We will send replacement parts or a full replacement free of charge — no need to return the damaged unit unless we ask.
Refund processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your payment provider first, then email us and we will help trace it.
Return shipping costs If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover all return costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping; we recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost on the way back.
Non-returnable cases We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed or used, items damaged by improper installation, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Order cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment; if so, the standard return process above applies once it arrives.
Warranty claims Issues that appear after use are handled under warranty (2 years motor / 1 year parts) rather than as returns — email us with your order number, a description, and a short video if possible.
