Welcome to Vanelum. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vanelum.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Vanelum ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and descriptions We sell ceiling fans and related accessories. We make every effort to display product specifications, colors, and dimensions accurately; minor variations may occur due to display settings and manufacturing tolerances. Voltage configurations are matched to your delivery address before shipping — if you have any doubt about compatibility, contact us before ordering.
2. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely at checkout through the payment methods displayed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed at the time of your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
3. Orders and cancellation You may change or cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and can no longer be changed; our Refund Policy will then apply.
4. Shipping Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and handling of lost or damaged parcels are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Warranty Every Vanelum fan includes a 2-year warranty on the motor and a 1-year warranty on parts and accessories (remote control, light kit, hardware). The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended; improper installation may void the warranty.
7. Safe use and installation Ceiling fans must be installed on a fan-rated support structure and connected to a power supply matching the voltage marked on the product. Follow the included manual and our Installation Guide.
8. Intellectual property All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Vanelum or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanelum's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
